| Comments: overall positive experience, ideal location, cozy and warm atmosphere, staff at reception helpful and cooperative, quality/price over expectations, I will be back, only one negative remark: limousine service provided by reception not reliable: pick up 10min late, price list not respected, driver rude and not professional, a normal cab from the street would have been much cheaper and service more friendly! |

| Good, clean room if a little small. Noise from underground was not a problem as I was too tired to really notice. Excellent value for its location close to Earls Court and Olympia exhibition halls. Friendly, helpful staff. A pleasant three nights stay. |

| its was lovely room and location with all facility but when we arrived the phone was not working and as well as there was not hot water in bathroom and i was realy disappointed about it when i got up in the morning i waited for more than two hour that the hot water will come but no? |

Extremely noisy since train pass meters away from hotel. The whole room shakes when train passes by and thats every 30 secs.
Room is nice and clean but also extremely small. |

| Rooms are ridiculously small, even by the lilliputian standards of other hotels in the same group. |
